What is your return policy?
You can return items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Note that a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, and we do not cover return shipping costs.
What should I do if I receive a damaged planter?
If your planter arrives damaged and hasn't been installed/planted, it can be replaced within 7 days of shipment. Inspect the package upon arrival and contact us immediately if there is any damage. Installed/planted planters cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, contact us to request a return authorization. Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
How long does it take to process a refund?
The processing time for refunds may vary. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.
