When will my order be delivered?

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 3 business days. To reduce shipping time by a day, we advise placing orders before 12:00 p.m. EST whenever possible.

I would like to speak with the customer service. How can I get in touch?

You can email or call us. We are there for you 

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

We strive to deliver your planters in impeccable condition, but we recognize that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you receive a damaged planter, we offer a replacement within 7 days of shipment, provided it has not been used for planting or installation and is returned in its original packaging.
